Account Manager
You're the glue. You keep client relationships strong, internal operations smooth, documentation up-to-date, and the team aligned. The role that lets specialists focus on their craft because the operations side just works.
What you'll do
- —Documentation control: maintain process standards, SOPs, and playbooks. Spot gaps and fix them.
- —Automation: identify repetitive operational work and automate it (Notion, Zapier, basic scripts, AI agents — whatever fits).
- —Team management: coordinate specialists across SEO, content, and design. Keep handoffs clean.
- —Calendar management: own the client calendar — deliverables, reviews, monthly readings. Nothing slips.
- —Be the primary client contact for 4–6 accounts. Weekly updates, monthly reviews, escalations.
What we're looking for
- —3+ years in account management, ops, or project management — agency or consultancy background ideal.
- —Detail-oriented and structured. You like systems. Mess offends you.
- —Comfortable with the modern ops toolkit: Notion, Slack, Linear/Asana, calendar tools, basic automation.
- —Strong written and verbal English. Comfortable on client calls.
- —EU timezone availability so your hours overlap with the team and most clients.
Bonus
- —You've worked in SEO, marketing, or digital agency operations.
- —You've set up Notion / Airtable workspaces from scratch or rebuilt messy ones.
- —You've worked with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to automate workflows.
